- All rates are in Euro (€) for the whole apartment, which sleeps four (two bedrooms).
- The €155 cleaning fee is one-off per stay, whether you stay three nights or three months.
- Long-stay discounts are available for stays of four weeks or more in low season — ask us.
- We don't take instant bookings. We confirm every stay by email, in English, Dutch or German.
- A 30% deposit holds your dates; the balance is due eight weeks before arrival.
- No commissions, no platform fees, no add-ons. The price you see is the price you pay.
